The Levi system is an AR platform that chambers the large 308 rounds {7.62×51}. The rifle can also come as a 338 round {7.62×54} which makes it a very unique system that can provide you with a sniper rifle up to 1200 meter and a very powerful close counter rifle {the rifle is available in a semi or full automatic}. A 10/15/30/50 round magazine is available providing this rifle the ability to operate in high impact battlefield. the rifles is a very reinforced version of the AR platform, when we start building the “LEVI” for one of our clients is requirement was to replace the 5.56 NATO round with a stringer version due to the Unique battlefield our client found himself in, is requirement for the system is to be very simpler to the M4 he was Using at that time, a very reliable, strong accurate system.
Our client was reluctant to change the M4 after years of services since the rifle has proven himself over and over again, therefore we study the different system out there and the end result is the LEVI. a very strong, durable extremely accurate rifles that can use has a light sniper rifle and has a full assault rifle, with the 8 inch Barrel the rifle can be used very accurately up to 1200 meter {with the 338 round} and with the standard 30 round the rifle can be used has an assault full auto rifle {we have managed to reduce the recoil by 30% from other 308 rifle due to the use of a very heavy barrel and a unique gas slow release system }. the rifle can be suppressed and has the ability to change the rate of fire anywhere from 600-1000 rounds per Min.
The LEVI 308 specialty design bolt’s optimized design introduces dual ejectors, providing superior ejection force and consistency whether suppressed or unsuppressed, with a fixed or collapsible stock. Stress riser mitigation in the lug areas of the bolt extends usable life to support frequent high-density use. The gas system is designed to minimize leakage, ensuring more consistent operation in harsh conditions, both with and without a suppressor mounted. A straight gas tube improves efficiency and simplifies installation. The gas block is secured with a locking ring and self-aligns with the barrel, resulting in a more rigid barrel due to the elimination of taper-pin grooves, and does not require individually fit gas blocks or single-use taper-pins.
